Recurrent glioblastoma

A clinical trial testing a new targeted treatment (BMS-986504) in people with glioblastoma that has returned. Uses a perioperative approach to study how the drug reaches the tumour and what effect it has.

Multiple tumour types

A tumour molecular profiling study that analyses tumour, blood and imaging data to better understand each person’s brain cancer and guide treatment decisions. Supports matching patients to clinical trials and improving care over time.

GIANT

Newly diagnosed glioblastoma

A clinical trial testing two immunotherapy drugs, nivolumab and relatlimab, in people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Uses a perioperative approach to study how the drug reaches the tumour and what effect it has.

IDH-mutant glioma

A clinical trial testing safusidenib in people with IDH-mutant glioma, studying safety and how the drug affects the tumour when given before surgery. Uses a perioperative approach to understand how the drug behaves in the body and tumour.

PRISM

Brain metastases

A clinical trial studying the timing of surgery after stereotactic radiosurgery (focused radiation) for brain metastases. Aims to understand how treatment timing affects tumour response and the body’s immune response.
