Collaborating with BrainPOP

BrainPOP connects laboratory research with clinical trials – providing a direct pathway from discovery to early-phase studies in brain cancer.

We work with researchers to translate scientific findings into clinical questions that can be tested in patients, with access to the clinical and biological resources needed to do it.

What we offer collaborators

  • Access to clinically annotated biospecimens through our translational research laboratory and neurosurgical program – including tumour tissue, blood and CSF collected within routine clinical care and research protocols.
  • A platform that integrates molecular profiling, clinical data and translational research across multiple institutions, supporting studies that move between the lab and the clinic.
  • An established clinical trials infrastructure that can take a well-supported research concept through to an early-phase study – with the governance, workforce and institutional relationships already in place.

Who we work with

BrainPOP welcomes collaboration with researchers working in discovery science, cancer biology, biomarker development, genomics, imaging and data-driven research. We are particularly interested in partnerships where laboratory findings are ready to be tested in human tissue or translated into a clinical trial concept.

How to start a conversation

If you have a research question or discovery you think could be advanced through BrainPOP, get in touch. We will connect you with the right people across our clinical and research teams to explore how we can collaborate.
